  • Consumer PR

    The consumer team brings a unique combination of bold, creative thinking and obsessive detail. Our heads are packed with ideas and we know instinctively those that get people talking. Digital, social and traditional media, mass market or face to face, our approach is insightful and measurable.  Our ideas get people talking whether whisky tastings in the sky, the search for the Queen of Chat, a tractor in Downing Street with PM Tony Blair or designing the wine bottle of the future. We are very well respected by the media, many of whom we consider to be friends and with whom we work to mutual benefit on a daily basis. We are passionate about PR and our enthusiasm speaks volumes – literally!

  • Corporate and Trade PR

    Our trade team is outstanding and exceptionally well regarded by the media and influencers. Their expertise, knowledge, strategic thinking, commercial understanding and influence are a compelling and integral part of company/brand communications and reputation management. We work alongside all disciplines from category management to customer marketing in the retail sphere including the production of award-winning reports such as Britvic Soft Drinks Category Report and First Drinks Spirits and Champagne Category Report.

  • Digital and Design

    We have embraced social media and our in-house guru is an expert at creating Facebook pages and microsites to support PR campaigns. We run Twitter and Facebook for many clients and constantly explore emerging technologies and identify trends to ensure our clients are using the right digital channels to talk their consumers.

    Our in house designer can cost effectively create design tools to complement and enhance the PR activity and we happily work alongside design specialists in creating content and inputting to design.

  • Events

    Parties, press conferences, tastings, press trips, launches, we’ve done them all. We’ve driven a full size tractor into Downing Street for a press conference with Tony Blair, arranged whisky tastings high up in the sky on London’s South Bank and built the world’s tallest bacon butty. From venue finding to planning and implementation, we know that the success of an event is in the detail and delivering against the objectives on time and in budget.

  • Issues Management

    The touch pr team has extensive issues management expertise ranging from change management to food safety, animal welfare and product recalls. We help clients set up internal and external issues management systems including extensive processes and position statements. Our experience enables us to provide effective fire fighting support when problems arise. We recommend and organise media training for all our clients.
